momimomi was born in the spring of 2001 in NYC's East Village. Danny and Olin, then roommates, sold their goods to a small but tight following, and on weekends at a table on the corner of Wooster and Prince in SoHo. Some blood, some sweat and some tears were poured into a project that the two saw as a creative outlet that their newly acquired day jobs decidedly lacked. Since then, the line has put out a number of collections, been sold in boutiques and retailers around the world, and started a tee-shirt-of-the-month program. Now hailing from different cities (New York and Miami), the aim of the project has not really shifted from its early roots: to bring open-ended, thought provoking and brand-modest graphics to comfortable tee shirts.

The MOMI TEeA PARTY, our tee-shirt of the month club, is a line of limited production tees. Every month, a new tee, unique to the TEeA PARTY collection, will be delivered directly to the subscriber. Unlike momimomi's normal line, these offerings will bear no ties to a collective theme or concept, but rather each tee will represent a singular creative excercise. A fleeting snapshot, if you will, from the land of momi.
